Healthy feet through foot yoga!

Foot yoga strengthens your muscles, strengthens your ankles, and stretches ligaments and tendons. With a few simple exercises, you can do a lot for the health of your feet. To stretch your toes, simply place your fingers in the spaces between them and then spread them apart. Now repeat the process with the other foot. You can repeat this exercise ten times.
